The Village Tearooms - Maidstone

I stumbled upon this restaurant while out on a bike ride after finding my regular cafe closed. I had no idea it existed until I searched on Google. I will definitely be coming back here in the future. The coffee and food were fantastic and noticeably more affordable than other cafes. The staff were very friendly, and the interior was surprisingly spacious despite the modest exterior. This place was a great discovery!

My recent lunch visit to this cafe was my first time there. The cafe has a few tables inside, but we chose to sit outside. The menu is straightforward, offering items like sandwiches, soup, and toasties. We decided on toasties with classic fillings such as tuna mayo, but they also offer specialty fillings. The toasties were hot and filled with plenty of delicious ingredients. The service was quick and very friendly, and the coffee was good. I am looking forward to going back again soon. Overall, great value for the quality of food and service.

Wonderful and pleasant service, good food would recommend as does lovely cake too and open to suggestions for new items.

A must visit when in yalding, the most delicious sandwiches freshly prepared for you, and divine brownies too. Customer service is excellent, friendly and welcoming. A real gem.
