The cup, the silver teaspoon and the delicious chocolate raise the vote halfway. The location is central: friendly service . There was also very few people to be a Sunday in late morning.
Really well-kept bar, clean furnishings and elegant lines from the Nordic mold. Bright thanks to the large windows and to the remarkable height of the ceiling. The service is fast enough but the staff is unhelpful and unprofessional. Too bad
Hard to judge a beautiful place, strategically, managed in the worst possible way. Being served has miraculous (even recalling staff). Waiting hours also only for a coffee... leaving the prices clearly crazy, we talk about eight euros for a slice of cake and absolutely indecent.
The coffee of the Gallerie D'Italia is aesthetically a work of art. Entering you are impressed by the impact of this very minimal and refined room. Wood dominates on all surfaces, but cutting and coloring create an extremely refined and elegant result. The service is not always impeccable, little personal that does not always manage the peaks of customers, in fact if you enter the wrong time there is no seat. Great coffee, hot chocolate with delicious cream, very expensive but excellent brioches. There are season coffees that change every 6 months... I prefer the winter ones with hot chocolate and different types of cream, they are extremely warm but undoubtedly satisfying. For snack there are several options with customizable yogurts with fresh fruit or cereals. At lunch there is a discreet choice of dishes that you can also read on the menu outside. Quality of excellent raw materials.
We had a late lunch here, and sat in the cafe area as the restaurant area was closed. We ordered the eggplant Parmesan and a caesar salad. Both were excellent. Service was a tad slow, but we came at an odd time. The desserts looked amazing!
