The pizzaiolo Umberto is mythical and only for him I local deserve a visit. We start from the typology, the pizza from dirty gym has a special format more panoso and challenging than the classic Neapolitan pizzas. It is offered in two sizes, the normal one and the smaller one. We took the smaller size so try 3 flavors, dividing the 3 half. The pizza fills and the ingredients above are abandoned. Ingredients of first choice and abundant. I recommend a visit to try a pizza other than usual.

I have to say the place is very nice, furnished '50s in the name of box samples of those times. The staff is also very kind. The pizzas are original and are served in a round pan. But I must say that they are tasty but heavy and leave a lot of thirst, a sign of poor leavening... So I wouldn't come back.
