We took (takeaway, no delivery) and paid for a Pita Pollo Large €18.90 and a Pollo Regular dish €12.90, when on the menu the prices were €14.90 and €10.90 respectively. Unfortunately we only noticed it once we got home. The food is ok, the price definitely not! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20

The chain has become truly INDECENT! They offer you promotions on the site, but once in the store they say that you can 't apply on the same day but you have to wait a couple of days! I 'm speechless and there aren 't even the conditions of use (THE RULES AND CONDITIONS OF SALE MUST BE WRITTEN IF THEY KNEW THE CONSUMER CODE) in which this thing is specified! Furthermore, they also respond rudely, telling you that I am the manager of this shop and I decide which rules to apply and to go somewhere else. Respect for customers equal to ZERO! I am especially addressing the person who appears to be responsible: dark wavy/curly hair, of color, and his Middle Eastern assistant. We will certainly trace this back to Altroconsumo. You are shameful. Never again from you!
