I once read from an article that in Japan they opened an investigation for a train that was 1 minute late on the schedule... I think I fully understood the fact only by coming to the Japanese Oasis. After ordering there was a bit of a wait, until Keita arrived at our table apologizing and that we would have to wait. Doing a quick flash forward: the wait was a little over half an hour, received a plate as an apology for the wait and received a discount for the next time again as an apology for the wait. In all I think Keita apologized to us 4 times, for a wait that many other locals would have let slide. Good dishes, customer care at the highest levels...we left surprised and happy to have tried Japanese Oasis. Service: Dine in Price per person: €30–40 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Yet another confirmation that this place is a MUST. Keita, the chef, knows how to do his job, the guys who do the service are good and impeccable. A reservation is an obligation given the size of the venue. Special mention for the Omusobe.....amazing Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
