A few years ago, I devoured a Cinta Senese sandwich and fresh truffle grated from the Sesto carroponte. Today that stall is a fast food reality. Choose the condiment (the sauces of the day, garlic, jalapeno, red wine), the sandwich is just one (the one costing three euros more recently arrived with cheese and onion caviar).
