Cozy Corner Pizza - Main St, Durham

Our daughter in law comes down from Bristol just to be at “our meeting place.” We love the food, the prices, and the welcoming staff. But particularly, The COZY Corner.

A cozy little restaurant. Fresh tasty food. Great for a quick bite.

I’ve always enjoyed this place (25 years) but today I was disappointed with what they call lasagna. It was a sad 3” sq with two pieces/layers of pasta with a tablespoon of ricotta and some ground beef which they drowned in sauce a mozzarella to fill the dish. It was a lunch menu item but still, get two if you order it.

This is my daughter’s (age 6 as of this review) favorite restaurant. We take her occasionally as a treat and sometimes meet up with friends. My daughter has been fighting the flu and after days of not eating much she asked for butter noodles from Cozy Corner. At the time we were coming home from her pediatrician. I called up and asked if they wouldn’t mind bring it out for me so I didn’t have to get my daughter in and out of the car since she is sick. Plus, I really didn’t want to bring her inside. They were so understand and polite. We love being part of a community that values great service and heartfelt understanding. Thank you so much for making my daughter’s day today!

I love this place, I have been coming here most of if not all of my life, and I will always say they have the best pizza in town, and the best calzones in general.
