Nevertheless, everything is grounded and simply symphatic - ensure ambiente, service and boiling owner, who has put a load on the legs with the MA:DORO that has missed in mainz!
A really great restaurant in the mainzer neustadt. housed in a former pizzeria with original equipment, the eating is the hammer. super tasty, super fresh and also moderate prices. relatiw small map as well as day dishes, it is really worth tasting different. spundekäs and flammkuchen very tasty, the makkaroni with pesto a dense, the best noodles for a long time (9,50 €). the rollerbows of the wine bark with kartoffels and sweet ingenious home cooking (18,50 €), chocolate mousse as dessert quite perfect. we were probably not the last time there, especially since service and chef were very friendly, professional and courteous.
The MA:DORO is a huge enrichment of the culinary mainzer Neustadt as a bistrorant. the cook understands his craft and loves cooking. the service is friendly and attentive. the menu small, but with refined sortiment. the drink card is also clear, but above all weep and snap good to grandios. before there was a (release) pizzeria (with sitting places). traces of this are still recognizable. this is not a star restaurant, although it could keep some food there. the toilets are plastery.Impressive (in winter:) even sour made-in white cabbage, red cabbage and beans.Top salad and suppen. fried meat.Langling:The deliciously prepared dishes paired with a friendly and attentive serivce let you occasionally overlook the fact that you are not too gassed here in a traditional restaurant.Who has long not been able to enjoy self-made sour wort (or also sour-made red wort or bean) but still knows from childhood (meaning at the oma), is here taste-tasteful. the foods are lovingly and appealingly prepared from salad to self-made pasta and flaky cakes to meat dishes.The menu gives only a selection that is supplemented by daily or weekly dishes. For example, there is a fresh trout - so that it is freshly caught, it must be pre-ordered in a self-explanatory manner. Also the suppers are kreatiw and super tasty. I never had a red cabbage soup before. tastes excellent!The wine selection is clear, but it should find something for every taste. the price-performance ratio is very good. that does not mean that there are louder bargains here. it is rather great food/drinks for fair prices.Only individual wishes are regularly received and you have never felt that you are disturbing the operation, but there is a chance to make guests even more happy.The redesign of the former pizzeria is not yet completed after the owner's statement, but rom was not built on a day.Here you can eat and drink the opposite. the device is slightly suspended from it.The entire impression is protruding.

Das Essen war lecker, hat allerdings sehr lange gedauert (Hauptgericht Fisch und Fleisch fast eine Stunde). Hierauf wird man auf der Speisekarte aufmerksam gemacht. Dafür wird alles mit Liebe angerichtet. Der Service zu Beginn hätte flotter sein können, wir haben fast 15 Minuten gewartet, obwohl kaum jemand da war. Schönes Ambiente. Service: Dine in
