Feedback gevenWe are staying here. Dario the chef is very keen on sustainable and organic practices, caters well to vegetarians and proudly produces much of his own needs including the most colourful bee hives I have seen.
We (a family of four) stayed at Sirio B&B and asked to have dinner; the variety, quality, hospitality, tastiness and service — and the instructive talk about all things Italian — were among the highlights of our whole journey. Massimo and family dazzled us with their cooking and warmth.
From a local B&B proprietor whe were advised to dine at Sirio. The restaurant was in a typical small Italian village on the slope of a hill. What a good advise! Massimo, the owner and cook, served an exellent and diverse antipasti, primi, secundi and dessert. Ingedrients were fresh and from local farmers. Most ingedrients were organic. All courses were very tastefull. Even our son of 1,5 years old enjoyed the salami, bruscetta and ravioli (and the enthusiasm and attention of Massimo and his wife).
