Favourite Chair Cafe - Maitland

Great food, coffee and views of the river. They were very helpful with a high chair and meal for our 13 month old. Lovely service and staff. The spicy eggs are to die for!

My first time there. What a wonderful place, the French toast was to die for. So many books on sale, what a choice for book lovers like we are. It was a brilliant lunch and wonderful atmosphere. I live in Spain but do hope to return next time I'm in Australia.

I am good friends with the owner, Chris, so I was excited to visit her new coffee shop. I was not disappointed - it is a beautiful little shop that gives off vibes of Melbourne, Paris, or London. It is laid back and welcoming, with lovely staff, great food, and fantastic coffee. The outdoor area is also lovely. I am very proud of you, Chris - it is perfect! As Molly Meldrum would say, "Do yourself a favour" and check it out.

I love eating lunch at The Favourite Chair in Maitland. The avo on toast is the best I've ever had. I make sure to stop by every Wednesday for lunch - you guys are doing great work!
