Disrespectful employees. There is a girl ? she has such bad attitude towards the customer. I was having a problem with the drink but she didn’t resolve the matter plus made me wait almost 15-20 mins if i asked for the manager’s number. I even asked her to get me some waffles instead of drink she said they cannot make waffle’s in store running hours there is no board mention in the store they cannot serve it after some time.Totally time waste and bad customer service.

Place is going down hill, used to be wayy better but now they cheaping out on the produce

Called to ask why so much ice and told the drinks are measured and then filled up with ice, ok then the measured amount of tea is too little, either way total rip off, half as much tea as other shops.

I am sort of a bubble tea enthusiast and this place needs to use better quality pearl, better powder mix. Doesn’t taste as good as other places.

I got a matcha milk tea and I normally get very sick from milk tea but this was amazingggg! It was so goood highly recommend
