Tim Hortons - Makaoo (Part)

Saw that girl was on phone and making my wrap with same clumsy hands. 1. Why her supervisor did allow phone while works 2. Did she have any idea how many germs our phone contains and, she had these gloves on but what of the use when she hold the phone with same hand and making customers wrap and coffee with same dirty hand.Please guys increase hygiene and customer centric approach

Very bad customer service and very slow… just horrible if I had the chance I would put zero star.??????????

Busy busy busy,,, understaffed, they still smile and serve. Keep up the good work.

Very often I eat at Tim Hortons and always good, but this one is the first time I see small portions of food, like I ordered a chicken wrap which is seems ordered a veggie wrap and let’s do not talk about the hot chocolate, like hot water with the chocolate color.

The hashbrown in my farmers wrap tasted as if it had been sitting out for so long that it became stale, buy they quickly fried it so it was warm and popped it in the wrap. Quite disappointing, and hurt my teeth to eat too!
