Kraken Bites - Makati

The fish at Riese is delicious and crispy. They also offer a variety of other dishes.

I initially thought I was overdue in visiting this restaurant, but Meldon (who I later found out is also the owner of Kraken Bites) kindly offered me a taste of their ink fish. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was and I quickly realized it was worth the price. The fish was soft, tender, and cooked to perfection, complemented by a vinegar that enhanced its flavor. I will definitely be trying more items from their menu the next time I visit Buendia Food by the Court.
