MCDONALD'S - HEAD OFFICE - Makati

I would like to inform you that one of the service crew at sm fairview mcdo is not paid for almost 2 months or 4 cut off work .. almost 3 managers there are teaching who is at fault and reasoning why they are not paid. Is it right that one of your employees is not paid? or is it really the manager who has the wedding? Is it normal for a service crew to be paid and teach the managers who handle your company .. they will be disciplined because if they are the ones at fault, you will also ruin it ..

We live next door to the staffs of McDonald's Consolacion, Cebu and my God! I didn't know that their staffs were so ill-educated. Too much noise, uninterrupted noise. The owner of the compound scolded them several times and even me but the grievances were really super hard. Early in the morning I woke up to their noise because they were drinking and it was too noisy. I hope you also train your staffs on how to be considerate since you are the ones who pay for their house. I hope you also train them in good manners because they are very lacking then.

The Mc Donalds near fields Balibago needs a fly zapper there are more flies than customers. I am wondering how many flies are in the back where the cooks are. Not very clean if you have too many flies.

Of course the Big Mac and Fries and the BFF bundles are all good!

It really bothers me that the McDonalds in Puerto Princesa, Palawan hasn't had pickles on their burgers for over 2 weeks. Unless you ask for extra pickles - they will not even tell you they have no pickles. To the best of my understanding cheeseburgers, Quarter Pounders, and Big Mac's all have pickles. It looks to me like the Puerto Princesa, Palawan location is trying to cheat the toll. I don't mind if they don't use real napkins. I don't mind if they use coffee cups for the soft drinks. But I resent that they sell you a burger without all the ingredients. In the last two weeks over 375 jets have landed at the airport which is less than 5 minutes from the McDonalds. I see no reason that they couldn't tell everyone when ordering that they have no pickles. I see no reason that they don't have pickles..... When I visit Manila or Cebu they always have pickles there! Please inform me why Puerto Princesa can get away with this nonsense! It is funny that the phone number for the head office in Manila is wrong online ... I phoned Illinois to get the real phone number however - I do not wish to spend the money to call you as this may be falling on deaf ears! 632-815-4543 is the correct number if anyone needs it! As much as I enjoy McDonalds burgers - maybe they don't want me as a customer any more?
