The staff were kinda busy since it was a peak hour which was kinda understandable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The vibe is relaxed and on the dark side (which makes it okay for lunch dates). Price is okay too. Plus, the innovation on your staple Filipino food is amazing. Definitely, worth coming back for.
Loved the combo of oven roasted lechon kawali and laing (plus grilled coconut meat and pork rinds) ???????????? Will definitely go back here. Friendly staff too.
Love the food, love the company! Sarsa had pretty good service and there wasn't a long wait either.... Over-ordered and got the following: ???? Pritchon pancakes ???? Sizzling kansi-- love!???? ???? Tortang talong ???? Inasal na pecho ???? Liempo-- with coffee and suka sauce! ???? Tuna sisig ???? Sarsa's kare-kare-- deconstructed! Liked everything, save for the tortang talong, which I didn't touch... According to my brother it tasted like fish balls... #whut Remember their serving sizes aren't too big, so you may have to get two orders of the same dish for big groups... Even so, it's still pretty affordable!????
Went here for lunch today. It was my first time to eat at here. I found the place very inviting. Spacious and homey. Service was relatively quick despite the lunch hour rush. The food was ok. I found the Batchoy a bit too flavorful to my taste to the point that it almost tasted like someone placed sugar in it. The Liempo Pork Adobo I liked, though it didn't wow me. Would I eat there again. Yes I will. Maybe try something else. Afterall, they have five other branches that I could still visit. ????
