Me and my family ate here 2 weeks ago in their branch at Greenbelt and I would not definitely recommend this restaurant. Their sinigang na corned beef is very salty, should it taste like a real sinigang right? Foods that were served were like been just reheated. Nothing's special in this restaurant. xxx
I know a number of people would've rated this particular restaurant a little bit higher but I've been here quite a few times (and the succeeding visits weren't really my choice). They're famous for their sinigang and it's actually quite nice; however, their fish flakes (no photo) and kesong puti (appetizer, see photo) surprised me during my last visit and I'll definitely come back for these two. Yay, Sentro 1771 image rejuvenated!
So we booked for Mother's day, there were like only three tables occupied including ours. But service was real slow. Slow like we have to call a waiter 2-3 times to ordet. Then the food came like 30-40 mins after. One waitress even almost spilled hot sinigang soup over my mother in law. Finally we ask for our bill, we have to wait again for around 15 mins until we decided to follow up. I got so irritated with this place. The service charge is not worth it.
The service is poor. All the waiters were not waiting on their customers. There is nothing special with the food. They serve small portions. Not worth the money. I agree with Mr. Cabrera.
