I love the first time I had eaten in zubuchon in cebu. for this particular industry, we were told that although not yet available and here is the scenario: Friday, payday for some, dinner time nothing more usual. location in makati. So I don't know why it's not available. it was said that it will take in minutes, so we ordered the appetizer again nothing extraordinary what we ordered, chorizo lumpia and ubod lumpia and it took minutes. very disappointing.
You should try their baked scallops ❤️ super cheesy. This appetizer is high on taste. I ordered alige rice also and enjoyed the lechon because of the pinakurat(vinegar) Food: 9 Ambiance: 10 Service: 9
Haven't eaten zubuchon in a while so it was great for them to open a branch in Manila. We went a bit early so we can be sure we can be seated right away. We ordered their small spicy lechon. It was enough for 2 and the spiciness was just right as it gave the right amount of kick. The meat was soft and tender and the skin was still crispy. Also, we got their baked scallops. It was ok, nothing exceptional. Plus we added their ensaladang talong which was also good. Eating here really took is back to our cebu days.
Amazing food, amazing service, and great & amazing parking space! Lechon was great, and so was the desserts especially the biko, suman, and leche flan!
