La Casita Del Arbol food truck is not bad. I 've gone a few times. Everything tastes fresh, and the prices are reasonable. My issue is the scarcity of meat. I raised this concern a while back, and my order got re-done. I took a friend there for a quick bite, and he ordered queso birria. We literally counted the pieces of Carne asada in the taco. So far, that 's the biggest complaint, the meat. The consume that comes with the birria is watery. The flavor is sorta there. However, it lacks heartiness... hopefullysome adjustments can be made. Other than that, the location is not bad. There is plenty of parking. That 's always a plus.
