Bakso Bakar Pak Man - Malang

A legendary local meatball in Malang. Famour for its Bakso Bakar which is very tasty and savory. Per ball is 3000 IDR, and they came in portion of 10, 15, and 20. The Bakso Halus was good as well, but not as memorable as the Bakso Bakar. The place was decent, and system is lining up to the gerobak. Recommended to try in Malang.

It's my first time tasting bakso bakar and it has become the best experience that I have ever had. This bakso bakar is not like other bakso bakar that I try, it got truly like bakso texture and obviously the taste too, because normally bakso bakar will more have taste of flour than the meat. It gets better with their sauce. Well you can't find a toilet or sink in this place. The parking lot is so limited too. But if you were talking about bakso bakar in Malang, well this is the thing.

Grilled meat balls (bakso bakar) is another level to enjoy meat balls. here in pak man's, the bakso bakar is one of the best in malang city. still in my personal opinion, the meat ball served with hot broth (bakso kuah) is still pleasant especially in the cold weather of Malang.
