Domino's Pizza - Malden

They forgot my chicken wings and gave me three cakes I had never ordered. I called them to explain the matter, and the person who answered the phone promised me a refund but didn't. The delivery man asked me for the tip the first time he saw me, but Ihad already given it on the Internet, he said he didn't receive it, which made me very unhappy, because whether he received itor not, I don?t care!!!

I have ordered some food here and all of asudden the food is arriving , everytime they ask where?s my tips , not in a joking way but a disrespectful way . i find it rude when they ask and makes me not wanna tip. they compare me to others saying i?m justlike the other people , but this is the worse thing. it isn?t fair to others because they don?t really know what?s going on inthe backround . i would gladly tip if they were nice and friendly but if your just gonna make the conversation all about yourtips , gladly would never order here again.

If possible, I give zero star, I ordered vegetarian pizza and they sent chicken pizzeria. when I said sadly that we can not help, they can come to store another pizza when I can come to store why I paid for delivery

I haven't had any issues with this location so far and hope to keep it that way... BUT I would appreciate it if the drivers remember my sauces when delivering my orders though, other than that no complaints.

On Mother’s Day I ordered hand made pizza, box was smashed on all sides . I called and was told to bring item to place and when I got there manager Victoria informed me she could not find my order, I provided contact number of driver and she called him. She still did not reimbursed me since she said driver had other deliveries and she needed to get information from him. She had him on phone yet did not request information. Sent me on my way without pizza and stating she would make sure funds would be sent to my card . A week has gone by and she never reimbursed me for pizza a never got . Is domino’s that desperate in theses times to get money ,now managers are stealing money from customers I guess they don’t pay them enough.
