Station Bistro Ktv - Malden

Excellent service and a lot of fun. The people there are nice. They have both Chinese and English songs.

Super fun place to hang out with friends and do karaoke in a private room. They offer drinks (alcoholic and non), and some food (we didn't order any food during our visit). Will definitely go there again.

As a local let me start with that we have visited here many times as a solid option for inexpensive dinner and drinks with many options to choose from on the menu. I am remiss after all these years we never posted a review so this is well overdue. The location is prime right next to Malden station on the orange line and literally walking distance after a hard days work in the city. The parking situation can be confusing as the onsite parking is limited but the garage is barely a block away for plenty of overflow. There are two bars with plenty of restaurant seating in the historic train station terminal. The pizza is brick oven delectable as a solid option and so are many different appetizers. The holy grail is the homemade Italian dressing a definite must if you’re getting a salad. Or you can buy a bottle and take it home too! Over the years the good food and service hasn’t changed and is a must try if in the area for comfort food at more then reasonable prices that is hard to find nowadays.

The way things are run needs major improvements. NO WATER IS PROVIDED. You will be charged for bringing outside food/drinks. You are also automatically charged an 18% service fee, even if you don't order anything.Additionally, my group was also overcharged for an extra 30mins even though we left our room 5 mins after our hour was up. We were not checked out immediately due to a larger group in front of us trying to split a bill 12 ways, so we had to wait 10mins before we could actually pay. The clerk blamed it on a computer/timestamp issue.It would have been nice if there was someone to let you know when time is up, and at least given us access to tap water with a pitcher and cups. I'd be fine with the service charge if it was that way, but nobody even came to check in.Searching for songs is also very difficult, even if you have multilingual people (KR/CN/JP/etc) in your group.I actually got so thirsty and my throat was so dry that I resorted to drinking water from the bathroom sink!

Great place, especially for the price. The food was just ok (definitely have plans to eat before you go, good for snacks, not meals). But the space was clean and nice. Went with a pretty nice sized group of my cousins. We ended up staying for an addition hour or so. Had an amazing time and will definitely be going back again.
