An ideal place for a relaxing holiday! surrounded by the green of the well-kept garden, has a large parking lot, a small playground for children and a picnic area. has a large terrace to consume out there a breathtaking view. kind staff, preparations are goose.

The place of the wasted potential! If you stop for an aperitif you are pushed, you are forced to stay in a sunny area (there is no umbrella or another refuge) next to the road to admire a supply! the area with a beautiful view (the etna) and sheltered from the sun thanks to the umbrellas (at the top of the stairs to the right that you access from the station) is instead reserved to be enjoyed hours later (it has been replied that there you can consume the pizza in the evening hours) when you can just see any panorama and you will not need shelter from the sun. looking for shadow we sat at a table under an open umbrella but moved us while in the table next to the other people let them drink beer quietly. we avoided any controversy and moved to the reserved area 'aperitifs but flashing treatment different than other people who were not disturbed (because surely of the family' highlighted their not knowing how to do 'with customers, their rustic ways' that marked our experience today. sin, it would suffice little (even just a little attention to customers) to make an easy jump of quality, but, if you do not realize the most fundamental things. if you want to listen to a criticism to improve: only leaving we discovered a covered area where we could move by bringing what we wanted to consume (in that area does not seem to be provided the service at the table). when I talked about customer care: I told the lady we were looking for shadows, we needed a shady place. if, however, the staff is inexperienced and does the job, perhaps following the strict rules and is not able to really listen to the customer. we were not reported this possibility and we were forced to stay in a sunny area to admire a supply! No reason. Bad experience!

I already have dinner 3 times in this beautiful location, delicious pizza at correct prices. you can dine in pairs within 20 euros, pizzas and drinks included.

5 stars deserved. fabulous location (according to me the most beautiful side of the etna) very cared for and with a nice area for the little ones. you see that the management has changed: very kind and helpful staff and improved cuisine of much. Breakfast, lunch or dinner offer a relaxing time. That's what you do.
