My review will be in French despite the fact that this restaurant is in Sweden where English is spoken very well. It is an incredible cuisine of extraordinary refinement in the image of this country. These people are passionate about their craft and they truly have exceptional talent. I invite you to discover this place for one. Exceptional culinary experience!

Very accommodating restaurant! Food focuses on local/organic Scandinavian fusion food. Menu is all pris fixe, no aka carte available. Booking is needed. Owner/chef jorgen is really nice to deal with and I loved this approach to cooking; setting the menu each day according to the best available viands. I really like the concept and would live to give this a better score since they are more than accommodating and the food was great. Unfortunately I'm not a fan of natural wines and though that the wine pairing was so odd that it brought the food down.
