Ramen To Biiru - Malmo

The ramen at this restaurant is incredibly delicious. It tastes fresh and healthy, so I couldn't resist ordering a few bowls. The restaurant is owned by the Danish beer company Mikkeller. It is very popular, so there is always a line of people waiting to get in, but the wait is usually only about 15 minutes.

The level 2 spicy ramen dish was flavorful and satisfying.

The food was tasty, though not exceptionally so. I opted for the Veggie wheels dish. The ingredients in the three dishes on the menu weren't very different, just varying in levels of spice. I was pleased that they offered kombucha on their menu.

Located in Möllan, this stunning restaurant offers a variety of vegan dishes. Although the veggie ramen I ordered could have had a bit more flavor, I enjoyed the lovely outdoor seating.

Das Essen war schnell fertig und war sehr lecker. Allerdings gibt es insgesamt wenig Wahl. Für Veganer gab es nur drei Gerichte.
