Snapphane - Malmoe

The experience at snapphane surpassed my already high expectations. from the maître and his friendly and relaxed attitude (then for the extra brot! all the way to fantastic interiors that gave us the opportunity to observe the art of craftsmanship of chefs in the open kitchen. then eating, of course the true star of the evening, five courses beautifully paired with delicious weeping (and very generous pour each time!) a special mention of pork (pure sky and duck, but the remaining three dishes (the starter, the fish and dessert were also tasty. Total recommended

I had a business dinner here and everyone was thrilled. fresh local ingredients with excellent wine list. beautiful open kitchen so they can watch the action.

Snapphane is great, for me it is amazing at the rande of being. we had dinner with the 8 curses and weeping. eating was great, but the portioning feels a little too small, I left myself a little hungry, but of course the ingredients and taste was amazing. the same applies to the wine, 7 relatiw small glasses wein, where the last two dishes share the same glass. quality wisely large, but the amount was also missing for fine eating.

Visited snapphane for lunch with my wife, without booking a table and we were led to a small suitable table for two. we had the set menu and we both enjoyed eating. the service was ok not very tenting and a place where the restaurant can certainly improve. the price of lunch is absolutely fair compared to the curses we had, and we will certainly return for a second portion.

The food expirience was good, service ok but not up to the standard what I expect for the price level of the restaurant. Wine was marched to the food in a good way. I can recommend to try this restaurant.
