Feedback gevenWe had dinner at this restaurant to celebrate my partner's dad's birthday. The overall experience was good. We ordered the pork belly, pesto, and carbonara, all of which were delicious. My favorite was the pork belly, which was tender and paired well with the vinegar dip. The pesto was also flavorful and tasty. The only downside was that the prices were a bit high and not budget-friendly.
After visiting Barasoain Church, we decided to look up the top restaurants in Malolos, Bulacan on Google. Kalye Mabini was among the recommended places, so we decided to give it a try. The restaurant had a cozy and chill ambiance, with nice cookbooks to browse while waiting for our food. We started with a refreshing Waldorf Salad, followed by their famous back ribs, garlic parmesan chicken, carbonara, coleslaw, and java rice. We also ordered Pork Belly with soy chicken wings, Pesto Pasta, and Garlic Rice. The back ribs were succulent and paired perfectly with the java rice and coleslaw. The pork belly was mouthwatering and tender, complemented by delicious mashed potatoes with gravy. The Pesto Pasta was flavorful and paired well with bread. Lastly, the Beef Sam G was a savory dish. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Mr. Jerome Mina, who was accommodating and friendly, as were his staff. We look forward to returning to Kalye Mabini in the future.
Highly recommended is the Sinigang Ribs Rice. It has the right sourness and saltiness of the sinigang flavor. Perfect.
I asked a staff if they deliver. And she said, Yes. To Molino? Where is that? Cavite . And the other guests laughed wirh the staff and us. The food is that good, though. You 'd be tempted to order from home, although the ambience of the place is captivating. It 's a must-try.
Awesome food. Pricey though. We've tried almost everything on the menu. Everything is definitely more pricey than it's competitors, but the quality is definitely there. I recommend the steak, adobo ribs, and sinagang ribs. Those are my families' favorites. Will surely miss the previous owner who became really good friends of ours. I heard they will still retain the original staff. Hopefully they continue to thrive and the food remains delicious.
