Mcdonald's - Malolos

So dissapointed. na received ko ung order ko on time pero ung cheese burger nung kinagat ko na may laman takip ng kung ano ..nakaka dissappointed servce nyo. i ordered from food panda today...oct 03, 2020. Sana tinitingnan nyo ung ginagawa ng tao nyo.

Once again food was bad. order 10pcs nuggets was hot but burrned bcause it taste burned same with the two apple pie. the chicken sandwich was ok but the bun was like toasted i dont know how drivethrue does this job. please money is hard. let us enjoy what we pay for. this time im going to ask for a refund or at least change what we ordered. this is not only the 4th time. even im from manila and because i go to malolos a lot im definitly complaining now...

Ngordered po ako thru their app... un first transaction is sobrang tagal nya ideliver kaya i check sa app un history wla xa hnd xa pumasok pero may notification skn na ngdeduct xa sa credit card... den inulit ko dhl wla nga xa sa order history un pangalawang transaction ko ang pumasok at nrecord sa knla so may ngtxt ulit na ngdeduct xa sa cc ulit so tumawag ang mcdo para iverify dahl dalawa beses daw ako ngorder den pinaliwanag ko un nangyari so cnbi nila na icheck daw nla den ivoid un isa para maibalik un naideduct sa cc... den tumawag ulit cla to say na isang payment lang daw pumasok sa sknla kht na dalawang payment nmn ang ngnoti sakn... such a liar!... mcdonald what should i do about it?!... 1075 pesos is not a joke!
