I couldn't stress enough how good Thinoi is! This is the best restaurant in Malolos. Attentive servers, great food, cozy place, value for money. Basta this is the best! Even better than Thai food. We went to Thailand and hinanap namin lasa ng Thinoi, dahil sobrang sarap talaga ng food nila. Nakakailang balik na kami dito, di na mabilang.
