The service is bad, the portions are small, staff is rude and passive

Some of the driest chicken teriyaki I have tasted, but the sides are alright.

Pricey, but decent. I enjoyed the bulgogi and yakisoba. The portions are filling but probably not worth $21 (large, after tax and tip). I thought the concept was really cute though! There's plenty of indoor seating available.

Food love the variety of options for different dietary restrictions. Also always tasty and healthy and they have rotating specials to keep things interesting. Service very efficient even during rushes and very kind and polite if you have questions. Ambiance it's located inside an Amazon building so there's lots of well lit seating and areas but the food is so perfectly packaged to go that you might as well bring it with!
