I was really stoked about this place, their IG feed shows some pretty dank looking burrito. Plus, California burritos up in Seattle? Too good to be true!I heard they were operating out of Waterwheel, and I was around the corner with a bud, getting hungry so I knew it was time to check it out!I’ve lived in AZ for most of my life as well as a stint in SoCal, so I’m pretty familiar with California burritos.And uhh this wasn’t it. And that would be okay if it was still as good as it looked on their IG feed.But the first 50% of the burrito was just rice. and the second 50% of the burrito was about a third rice, a third dry pork and a third tasty french fries and aioli. Really would have loved to seen all the rice gone, and more french fries, meat, pico and guac in its place. and carne asada please!Overall the flavor profile of the burrito was decent. But it needs more than that to be worth the $15 and change.I’m willing to try again, or check out their other menu items. but. I’m disappointed.
