Fran's Chocolates Downtown

Stopped by after work. Was left confused because the staff seemed eager to help others more than us. No one asked us if we want samples, but other wealthier looking customers were treated very differently. We had already ordered the drinking chocolate while this happened so we just waited for that to come up, else we would have walked out. Won’t be visiting again.

Woweeee. Such good chocolate! Unless you're on ANY kind of a budget.... It doesn't SOUND good, but the orange rind was CRAZY GOOD. The lady who helped us (who was AMAZING, BTW) said it was her favorite, so we tried it.

Created a custom box of truffles. They offer different ports with recommended pairings.

Fran’s chocolates are delicious. The shop is located in the Four Season’s Hotel. The staff is very welcoming and they offer samples. They have pre-made gift boxes or you can do custom.

Tasted the chocolate during a coffee and chocolate pairing and had to have them. These are the best chocolates I've ever tasted. Purchased a customized box and the staff was helpful and friendly
