Great Notion Brewing Georgetown

I typically go to the Great Notion in Ballard, and once I tried their Edge of Dessert smoothie style beer I 've been stalking their Un-Tapped list ever since awaiting its ' return to the rotation. I like beer and I LOVE Great Notion beer! It 's like they have the sweet-toothed woman in mind when creating these super creative beers. I drove to Georgetown today after a month long wait for this beer, and it 's SO worth it. I would also recommend any of their beers made with milk sugars. Sounds so weird, but seriously so YUM!

While looking for a brewery in the Seattle area, I stumbled upon Great Notion! Mostly sours, but a few IPAs and Seltzers. Tony was great and recommended some good options!

Great variety of unique fruited beers. Also have a solid selection of hazy/NE IPAs and some stouts as well.

Edit bc they responded: Beer and service are fine. However I can't patronize this place bc there is no where to park so it's staying one-star?? Beware you have to pay for parking. The scumlord property owner is now charging for parking. They have wanna be cops come through and write tickets if you park in their empty lot. The property owner is a greedy blight on society.

I've been here 5 times, but was only able to enjoy the beer one time. If you're going to be closed outside of normal hours, please update your information on Google. Great beer. Awesome staff. (Took a photo of my view since the bar closed, during normal business hours). Kind of disappointing because I was so excited to come here for the vibes and brews.
