The cookies are to die for. The service is always welcoming. I'm from Florida visiting my sonI have to always stop by to get my cookie fix ?
Special thank you to staff at Hello Robin U-Village. This morning my son finished getting 2 vaccine shots and 1 blood draw and was promised a cookie after. When we arrived at Hello Robin, the store was not yet open for the day. To our surprise, staff unlocked the door anyway and surprised us with a paper bag and four cookies inside. The staff would not accept cash payment or a cash tip. Made a challenging morning into a wonderful day! Thank you so much staff at Hello Robin!
The cookies are on point and the ice cream is delicious. The real gems here are the staff! We've become quite regular and my toddler is OBSESSED with everyone and how kind they are. Shout out Lilly for always making a tiny human smile.
The only thing that was extraordinary about this cookie was its price. The service was cold, as was the cookie. I mean which cookie shop refuses to warm up their cookies. Definitely not worth the
