Ruth's Chris Steak House

Overall disappointing. Called the day before to confirm 11am brunch menu. What I was told was not true. They did the best to accommodate us but did not have some brunch items available because only offering 4 Mothers Day special items not the entire brunch menu. Appetizers came out with our meal. I had to ask about them after waiting for a long time. Server didn't have a clue. Food was ok. My meal was cold. Won't be going back.

Worst experience we've had, the wait staff was slow and inattentive. First didn't take our drink order and then when I asked for a second drink it took over 15 minutes to get to me. She then checked us out and took another 15 minutes to bring our card back when she did she brought back what was suppose to be our birthday desserts that ended up saying happy anniversary. We celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary at Ruth Chris. It was fabulous! The steak was really tender. They have a wonderful Prixe Fixe menu if you're looking for a smaller meal. I was able to get a steak and lobster tail combo and it was great. They gave us a complimentary dessert to help celebrate . I recommend this place.

Service was excellent. 2 of the 3 filets we ordered were badly overcooked. Manager gave us couple dessert to compensate. We ate anyways because it's a shame to waste and we were hungry. Server agreed much too well done. Chocolate cake wasn't very good. Prawn, calamari, crab cakes, ahi appetizers were decent. Ashley did a nice job along with her colleagues

We went as a family to celebrate my mother's birthday. I appreciated the confetti and the table and the complimentary dessert for her. When we checked in the hostess did not even bother to walk us to the table since others were already seated. Still, I thought this was off putting and unprofessional. She was not busy and no one else was waiting. It was like she was too lazy to even walk us to the stairs. The waiter was pleasant but seemed either new or not that articulate. It was difficult to understand him at times. The appetizer of calamari was not fried enough so rather limp. I liked the light coating but it would have been better to cook more. The main courses were all smothered in way too much out and butter. My mom's steak was very rare so she had to send it back. It came back still on the rare.side but she didn't want to send it back again. My daughter's bf had the lamb chops and although he said they tasted fine, it was difficult for him to eat them politely since they were cut so thick. The presentation was lacking on his plate. The salads that come with the price fixe menu are huge! I asked for light dressing and I got it on the side. For a ceasar salad it is better to have it mixed. I let it go. For the difficulty and price of parking, the food much too rich, overall I was left.feeling this expensive celebratory dinner was just meh. Unfortunately we will not be returning.
