Ordered a hot latte via the app, went to pick it up 10 minutes later and it was cold as ice and barely any espresso. Basically paid $8 for a glass of milk. I called the store when I realized the mistake, they said they could make me a new one the next day, when I went to get the latte, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. What a joke.
$8.21 for a grande blonde vanilla latte??? It’s $6.34 across the street from my apartment, just a few minutes away from here… didn’t realize Starbucks was taking cues from the Uptown Taco Bell ?

This place is a nice drive through store, and the staff are generally pleasant, but my issue is if a drink isn’t great because it’s a drive through by the time you’ve checked your drink you’re probably already on the road and it’s not convenient (or very easy) to circle back and go through the drive through again for a remake. I called customer service for a refund and received the run around and they flat out refused to give me a refund after initially saying they would they’ve clearly changed being customer service oriented and standing behind the drinks. The drinks are sometimes inconsistent (at any Starbucks store), and they’re expensive. It’s just not worth buying Starbucks anymore if this is their new stance. The phone reps took up so much of my time so they could send store feedback, but simply wouldn’t refund me for my beverage they used to be much better about refunds for bad drinks. With all the options in the area, and local shops, I’m going elsewhere. Nothing against this store, just Starbucks in general.
