Feedback gevenThe restrooms here are absolutely disgusting. I don’t know how they received an “excellent” rating from the health department! In the women’s restroom, I opened one stall to see a filthy toilet that was unflushed and had the lid of the tank missing. I went to the other stall and opened the door, only to find a very disheveled woman sitting on the toilet and playing on her phone! I thought I’d wait for her to finish but it was clear she wasn’t going to be leaving any time soon. I went back to the first stall which had no toilet paper. And of course, I couldn’t wash my hands either because the water was turned off and there were no paper towels!! After getting my drink I returned to my car and tried to sanitize everything with Lysol wipes. Once I got home I took a shower and changed my clothes. I will never go here again.
This Starbucks is extremely slow. I placed a mobile order and they didn’t even start making it for a few minutes after it was supposed to be ready. The store was not busy either.
Earlier today my son came to this location and made an order. While there he went to the restroom to change into his work shirt. While inside a woman entered to clean without knocking and made a big deal about him "not being able to chang into his work shirt ' then proceeded to tell the baristas that there was a homeless man changing in yhe bathroom. He left embarrassed and the event made him feel exposed and profiled. He 's only 17. He should not be made to feel this way.
I order my drink from Adobe. I order my drink from a different Starbucks and they make it wrong. On my way to work I stop by the store. And I asked him to remake it and correct the drink. She refused to do that, and she told me. We are a QFC we can't remake it. You have to go at the front door even after I explain to her the situation and I'm late and I have to be at work. She was so rude, very unprofessional. Never go back to this place and the QFC over there, too, very bad manager.
I am visiting my son in Seattle and have been I’ve been a frequent customer at the Starbucks at QFC on Holman Rd for the past week.The staff here is very pleasant and a good representation of Starbucks! Amya yesterday was just so awesome…and right when I thought it couldn’t get better, I saw something today that I just couldn’t help but acknowledge.This morning it was busy and there was only one person behind the counter. Her name was Elsie.In amazement, I watched her for almost an hour, greeting a long line of customers one at a time…and each one received a big smile and a cheerful attitude! Making coffees, and sandwiches, and handling phone orders too…she was unflappable and should be recognized! I was just very impressed…!!!At a time when it seems impossible to find good staff…you have assembled a really awesome crew at this location!
