Pizza Nova - Malton

We had a flight arrive late and checked into the nearby hotel. We were starving and happy to find this place open. No other customers were there. We went in and waited several minutes before an employee came to the counter to take our order. I stated that we wanted to order the chicken Caesar sandwich and add bacon to it. The man replied that it doesn’t come with bacon. I responded that the menu board stated you could add bacon for an extra charge. He seemed to have no clue what I was talking about. I kept pointing to the board behind him and reading it line by line. Eventually he figured it out, rung up our order, then told us it would be 15 minutes. Not sure why it would take that long, with no other customers there, but it did. The sandwich was fine.

When preparing your pizza be careful because the last pizza I purchased I found a long black hair in my pizza.

The slice of pizza was so salty i had to constantly take a sip of water to be able to eat it, it was bad!

Costumer services from the desk the management has no education. Very poor communication and respect to herself and the customer.
