Raymond's Chinese - MALUA BAY

Absolutely delicious!!!! Fast and friendly service.

We've been to Raymond's three times now. Food is consistently good, service prompt and the deep fried icecream worth leaving room for. Can get busy on weekends so worth booking a table or getting in early (opens at 5.30).

One of the few restaurants in the Malua Bay area, it proved nonetheless a pretty good Chinese. Attached to the Malua Bay Bowling Club, it has a relaxing view over the bowling greens to the bush and is 700m from the beach. Decent sized meals and friendly, helpful staff keep it busy. We had honey prawns, chicken chow mien and a house special pork in mango, plum and white wine sauce all very tasty. They had a range of desserts, mostly of a European bent, of which we had ice cream with chocolate topping and baked mango and lychee cheesecake and whipped cream. A really good family restaurant.

The best Chinese food down the South Coast! A lovely family owned business with service that goes above and beyond. Definitely a must try if you're in the Bay. Ma girl Suzie keeping it real, and Ray dawg running that kitchen.
