We have reserved for happiness this Friday evening! the terrace of the grottos with a view down to the valley and on the opposite mountain fills gradually to the last place.Grotto canvett is a place as we wish in the tessin: lasy, with a somewhat rough charm, but full of uncomplicated hospitality. we eat excellent polenta and gnocchi, taste the sausages from our own production, drink a very good merlot directly from the place and let the evening end with a coretto. the many insects that flood the lamps on the terrace, let us break up in a quiet way. we are happy on our way home. we liked it very well in the grotto canvett!

Very large menu selection and everything freshly cooked with regional ingredients. the service staff is very friendly. we speak almost no Italian, yet we have received everything as we wanted.Very good eating. the price-performance ratio is very true here.

Also this here a very autentic grotto in the blenio valley with a very accommodating operation. the selection also at appetizers is somewhat larger than in other local and highly recommended.
