Chaitanya - Mālvan

This is a small eatery known for local malvan cuisine especially sea food. Situated at centre of malvan town other than parking and finding a place to sit inside everything is fine. Great food of local variety fish thalis .if you aren't one who do not like fish then it isn't the place. Fish is prepared in local malvani style so don't go if you are one among continental type .. The rates are seasonal and we paid around 450/- for a large fat meal of fish. The staff was courteous and good. I personally would visit again given a chance.

Very good restaurant for fish lovers. You get varieties of fish dishes here. Try any fish thali here. But not good for veg, the only option for veg is thali

Fish curry was too watery and tasteless. I found this place overpriced. Fried fish was tasty. Would not recommend this place since there are other better places to eat at Malvan.

Patience is the first thing you would require if you wanna eat here as its a small eatery with few tables so over crowded. The food taste awesome and the pricing is also pocket friendly. Some people may say it over priced or overhype but you need to understand the location where you dont have any 3 star or above hotels or restrauant. so the price was affordable as compare to tourist attracted goa which i visited with family before reaching malvan.

The seafood here is amazing. The size of the fish will amaze you. The taste is great too. A must visit for all seafood lovers. PS: You can also try dal khichadi which os bit different than the regular one we eat but its nice if you wanna go for veg option.
