I'm sorry, you want me to buy two more meals to make up for the two inedible ones? Filled out a form online with a review with the option for company to get back to me. Still waiting to hear back. No possibility to speak with an actual human. So disappointed with Chipotle
The staff are nice, the food is good, but my husband and I have ordered chips sporadically with burrito bowls since they opened and I have never had anything other than completely stale chips. Probably 4 or 5 experiences and last night cemented that we?ll never order chips and guac on the side again, since it?s just a waste of money.
Our electronically submitted order was prepared incorrectly and the chips were stale. Avoid ordering from this particular Chipotle (in Mamaroneck) they are very inconsistent with their quality and service.
First time here; came to this location portchester has a notice, 7pm on a Thursday 4 workers on the floor and the store was PACKED. The 4 employees were absolutely great, everyone was kind.
Just got a mobile order, in the past have not been satisfied. The individual working the mobile lane today has done an amazing job . Great people like this is why I come back . I hope everyone at the store strives to this excellence:
