Cueva Del Buzo - Managua

The simple fact that this restaurant is owned by one Alessio Cassimiri, a known terrorist, wanted in his native Italy for murder, is enough to not want to ever set foot there. He obtained Nicaraguan citizenship in order to circumvent extradition laws. Now he is living large and owns this restaurant. DO NOT GO!

Possibly Managua’s best and most surprising restaurant, a little out of the way, just south of town. Gastrophiles will be thrilled with the menu, service and detailed preparation of the dishes. The restaurant itself is fine, with fancy low-light eating area and garden views.

Food is good service , if you are patient enough will be fine

This is a unique experience you need to live! I am nicaraguan but I am writing in english to invite people from around the world to taste this exquisite menu! Alessio is a great host and if you want to feel an explosive mix of flavors this is a mandatory pleace to visit! Best restaurant that I have visited. I recommend to order Fiesta de carpaccio to begin your expirience, finishing witha delicioua desert named Tiramiju (not sure if it is welk spelt, but it is not tiramisu)
