Place was empty when I got there for lunch. It seems most people get take-out. I had heard a lot of good things about Korean fried chicken. I was a little disappointed with the soy garlic sauce I chose but the chicken was really crispy without breading, and it certainly was not dry! I received my chicken dry and it tasted like jerky. None of the staff were willing to assist me when I asked for more sauce. Both waiters told me it wasn't their problem. If the managers are reading this, please consider providing better training for your employees and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
