Buffalo Wild Wings - Manassas

Unbelievable, could not even get a order of bone-in wings. my guacamole came quite gray and nasty. this restaurant needs gordon ramsay to give them a fiction. whatever they do, they don't go here and don't listen to the good reviews.

They got rid of their best items, my kids loved the mini corn dogs- gone. Burbon Honey mustard sauce- gone. Pepper Jack steak wrap- gone. Tablets-unmaintained and gone. And now being we are looking into going to our favorite resturants again I look and see that ALLLLL of my Buffalo Rewards points are GONE. Its a shame, it started out so awesome and fun and great food but its not for us anymore.

Do yourself a favor, just don?t. I?ve decided never to visit the BWW again. They can?t even get the orders right and they always run out of bone in wings, yes a wing place out of wings! Order from Velocity wings, their wings a meatier but their sauces aren?t as tasteful, but it?s still better than dealing with the constant failures here. If you do order online, here?s some advice. Take a screenshot of your order, so when it is delivered wrong you can easily prove it was them. I have to do this every time now and end up getting a refund because of it. Tuesday is traditional wings B1G1 50% off, only traditional wings. When you get boneless and call they?ll say you ordered wrong. The receipt clearly says I ordered the B1G1 which doesn?t apply to boneless so how could I be wrong? That was the latest of a long list of horrors? needs new management and a lot of prayers.

More of a 3.5. Third visit in 3-4 months, conveniently located for friend meet-up. Boneless wings, tots and adult beverages have all been good. I do wonder how the heck they stay open. It's never busy. Also, good luck not sitting in bar area. Normally I don't mind but it's CAVERNOUS and so freaking LOUD it can be hard to have a conversation.

This place is trash. I was given old guacamole with my nachos, my entire order was wrong, they barely gave us ranch. This was all carry out, so it?s not much we can do. My husband waited 45 minutes AFTER they already told him it would be out in a few minutes. You guys have been terrible for years. Get new management, because this is ridiculous. I don?t know how many times my food have come out wrong. Get it together, this is embarrassing.
