California Tortilla - Manassas

The chicken was hard, and the queso was watery like i was eating cheesy water. Yuck.

The bathroom smells incredibly awful! The toilet is broken the seat is broken in the ladies room. to make matters worse it smells like fecal matter in there. Not acceptable, took my appetite away. Parking: plenty of parking lots of open spots

My wife, son, and his fiancée decided to stop by here as there were limited openings the day before Labor Day. It was almost set up like Chipotles’ without the option to add your own selections during the process. I had the Enchilada Bowl with chicken, salsa, rice, beans, melted jack cheese, and your choice of 75 hot sauce selections. My wife had the bacon, chicken, cheese bowl. Both were unfortunately heated with lettuce added making the bowls less crisp, and both needed more seasoning (salt, garlic, cumin, something), and the guacamole and salsa were both mushy/tasteless. My son and his fiancée’s quesadillas were also decent but missing flavor. Fortunately the service was good and helpful, but this will likely be a one-time venture.

This place has improved substantially lately. I believe new manager is turning it around.

I’ve come to this location for years and it’s, by far, the best CT in NoVa. My son loves it and the folks there are THE BEST. Scotty always gets my order just perfect and the twins are my favorite when I see them working the counter. All the staff there is friendly, works fast and makes everything good. It does take me 40 minutes to get there but it’s so worth it!
