Moe's Southwest Grill - Manassas

The app was broken. Said it didn't work tried to place a second time, still said it didn't work. Checked my bank and I was charged for two orders. When I went to get the order I came home and the fajita kit for $80 only had meat and rice. Missing was queso, lettuce, cheese, guacamole, tomato. I tried calling the store for 90 minutes and the phone was not working and messages could not be left. When I finally reached someone I was told it was my fault that the app did not tell them I wanted the full kit. I asked for a refund and was told it doesn't work that way. I asked for a manger and was told I had the manager. He then started to tell me another number to call and then the call went blank.AVOID THIS STORE!

We order from moes almost every week and they always have our order ready when we get there, and we have hardly ever encountered any mistakes to our order. The staff is always very friendly and willing to help us whenever we have issues with the app.

A great alternative option when you are tired of Chipotle. Moe's has come a long way to diversify it's offerings with different ingredients and cool sauces you can add to customize your burrito or burrito bowl.Also, free chips and salsa is a neat bonus!Recommend you download their app. They have a recurring special on Mondays, as well as frequent BOGO offers.

Don't ever DoorDash from here. They don't care what you ordered. Whatever they want to throw in the bag goes in. Got 2 kids burritos for $8 each. They were smaller than my hand and totally not worth the money. Also got a brownie and milk with each kid meal. Definitely got an apple juice and cookie for both instead.

Their burritos are always on point, and their food tastes way better than Chipotle and Qdoba for a reasonable price. Their prices have gone up compared to where they were a few years ago, but the same can be said about those other fast food restaurants.
