Feedback gevenWe placed on online order realized we had the wrong panda, we called immediately to correct the issue were greeted by an unpleasant male voice who yelled that once it is ordered it cannot be cancelled he hung up. I recalled, asked for a manager he said he was the manager he yelled the same exact thing but added that if i wanted too, I can call corporate you bet I did. Customer service was very apologetic refunded the order offerred to give us a voucher so that we can reorder immediately not have to wait the 7-10 business days for the refund. I thanked him for the offer but that we had already placed the right order and the right location. This wasnt a case of the money, it was the way we got yelled at hung up on TWICE. Thank you corporate for the amazing service, as for this location on Sudley, We will not be ordering here again.
First off I ordered a medium Honey Sesame Chicken. They made and charged me for a large. No biggie. It was a fresh batch! Woo Hoo! But could I get some chicken with my vegetables?
We got delivery. First, there were very few choices. Second, we ordered one small entree one large entree. OMG, the small was no more than a few bites! Although we ordered two entrees, we only got one fork one fortune cookie. This was the 1st and last time we'll eat from Panda Express.
Very good service and the food tastes very good, it fascinated me.
Ordered through door dash, only received my side items, minus one crab Rangoon in a sealed bag, and did not receive my main dish. According to the dasher, he asked 3 separate times for them to confirm the order because it was missing items and was told it was complete.
