Rivera's Tortilla Factory - Manassas

This restaurant may be small, but the pupusas and chicharones are absolutely delicious!

Food was amazing but the cashier need to improve her costumer service

The pale lady with dry lips at this restaurant is so unpleasant that it is best for her to take a week off. She seems too stressed to be working.

The phone calls were never answered and the service was very unprofessional. It's clear that the low salaries paid by the management contribute to this. Better pay would lead to better service. However, I must point out that dining in or carrying out from this restaurant is not any cheaper.

Just having some carnitas and fresh tortillas,a little far away from my city witch is Gaithersburg but I’m pretty sure that I will come back here to have some more carnitas.I will highly recommend this place.!!
