Sonic Drive In - Manassas

I used the drive-through this time since there were no available parking spaces. Unfortunately, the speaker was malfunctioning, and they couldn't hear my order clearly. I tried to get their attention by saying "sir" and "excuse me," but there was just silence, so I had to drive up to the window. However, once I got there, they got my order right and provided polite customer service.

I visited the restaurant on September 8th, and they forgot to include my onion rings in the order. I returned today to see if I could either get my onion rings or have the $3.50 credited to my current order. The cashier informed me that they were out of onion rings. I then asked if they could deduct the $3.50 from my bill, but the manager said no. It's a bit frustrating, especially since my family and I are regular customers who spend quite a bit here. I understand it’s just $3.50, but with prices being so high these days, it should've been manageable. To top it off, they almost gave me someone else's order as well!

I really don’t understand how there can be six employees at the drive-thru window, yet it takes 20 minutes to get two sodas. I was the only car in the drive-thru, and there were only two people in the parking area. Every time I visit, I end up waiting 10 to 20 minutes just for a drink.

It's fast food. No different then other fast food. However I had good customer service. Friendly employees and the desserts are good. Had a wait a While for the food they were busy so u guess it is expected didn't wait to long.We got there about 7pm. Didn't he a problem finding a parking spot we ate I side. Restaurant and restrooms were clean.Parking: Ample amount of parking spots

Three separate times i've come here, severely understaffed and employees don't mind standing around talking while my order is 10 minutes late
