Baskin-robbins - Manatee County

If i could give no stars i would.... there were no other customers including (drive thru) except my boyfriend and i and they STILL managed to mess my order up, wrong drink and cold food!!!!!!

Always out of stuff. First went for donut holes mixed box and got home with all stale glazed. No receipt provided so they would not reimburse me. Went back before an outting with my grandchildren. No sausage only turkey sausage, no apple juice only orange juice. Just left. Never again!!! Pitiful for a new shop!

Can't recommend because it was not clean. Tried to sit outside but no maintenance had been done forever. Cigarette butts, bird droppings, trash...We love Dunkin but not this one. So sad.

Same as 99% of these comments if there was a zero star rating it would be my choice 5 dollars for one small scoop of plain vanilla ice cream when I asked for peanut butter sundae

15 minutes for a black coffe and English muffin asked 5 times what I ordered this place has poor training procedures I could see the staff was actually trying but I gotta blame management since everyone I come in there's new employees won't come back I'll go to Starbucks across the street
